All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Monday- Friday). Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major public holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following business day. All orders are shipped with Adult Signature Confirmation.
We DON’T ship:
• To destinations not listed on this website
• To persons deemed underage (based on the laws of your sate/country)
• Military and AP/AFP addresses might have limitations of restrictions
Couriers:
Based on the destination country, we will use the most appropriate courier. Please note our liability limitations on couriers as 3rd party, customs and levies. You will be notified by email when your shipment leaves our facility with the courier name and tracking.
You will be responsible for:
• Tracking your package
• Communicating with the courier once the package leaves our facility
• Pay any custom duties. Note there will be no refunds if your package is confiscated or you refuse to pay any import or other taxes at destination. We do not alter invoice amounts.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of PRIME BAR, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the carrier in use. PRIME BAR is not responsible for any and allcosts associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Orders once placed can not be cancelled as they are processed off inventory in real time.
Sales Tax/VAT:
Unless otherwise shown as an independent line in the order, Sales or VAT is included in the total price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please review the Refund Policy carefully. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
Payments:
Payments are made via integrated payment processing on the website and in a secure manner. We do not see how the payment authorization is done between you and the processor. Please see above for cancellation where possible. We are not responsible for any fees, currency exchange rates between your credit card and the processor. In some markets, we may offer cash on delivery. This option will be made available at the time of checkout.
All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country (where international shipping is available from this website) and we are not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority.
Processing Time:
Delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 working days depending on the destination. Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost. We will endeavor to expediate your package as quickly as possible. However, courier timelines are out of our hand and the timelines provided are indicative. You may receive your package earlier.
NOTE: You are responsible to provide and update if necessary your contact details for any errors – especially with the courier company. We are unable to do this for you once the package has been picked up and leaves our facility.
Local courier companies may be used in certain markets where needed.
